Why is food so good?

I wish I was one of those people who only ate out of necessity, but I really enjoy food! I guess that means I should exercise more, huh? I have lost one pound so far, but that pace needs to pick up if I am going to be under 200 by my 40th in November.



Day One

I begin the journey…again. They say if you write it down it will happen. I have tried that before, but will give it another shot. Starting weight 236 pounds. Hips 51 1/2”, waist 43 1/4”, Bust 47 3/4”, left arm at bicep 15”, left thigh at widest point 30” (I can remember my waist being that big and thinking I was fat!) Every journey begins with the first step, so here I go.
