After a couple weeks of cutting out the moo products, I think I’ll be okay if I drop the milk and ice cream and keep butter and cheese.

I’ve learned two things from my experiment so far. Milk and ice cream cause me the most distress and they’re the easiest to avoid.
I miss cheese the most and cutting it out greatly restricts my eating options.
Suddenly, milk is causing me a lot of problems. Not so much cheese or butter but I’ll cut it all out for two weeks and see how I feel.
