only for 25 minutes last night. Didn’t start until after 11 pm. Pedaled while listening to my iPod too loud. Got to bed around 1 am.

Sunday. I did it for 32 minutes while blasting alternative rock on my iPod through head phones. Pretty good exercise, but I need to figure out how high I can play the iPod without further damaging my hearing. Have to get around to that sometime..
& I burned 502 calories on the elliptical.
Soon I must set up my weight bench in the basement
and start working out down there. Create my own little
basement gym.
Sunday: Stationary bike for 40 min, walked the dogs
Monday: Nothing, disappointed the dogs
Tuesday: Stationary bike for 32 min, walked the dogs
Wednesday: bad day—had to fix a busted window after work. Didn’t get the dogs out. So this week is a bust.
Thursday 35 minutes on the stationary bike, dogs got no walk
Friday
Saturday
Haven’t done this in a while. I do tend to feel pretty darn good after a hard workout. One problem is that it’s hard not to listen to loud loud music while doing it. Sometimes afterwards, my ears will ring for the rest of the day.
