I was stuck at work today, conferences over at 4:40 but there till 7 none the less, so I decided to start a gripe list where I could get my anger out in a relatively positive fashion. I started the list, then read it over, realizing many of my gripes were actually things I may be able to control to a degree. So, my new goal is to continue to get those gripes out so I don’t go mad…and to look at them honestly to see what I can do to check those gripes off my list for good…make sense?
