I am one and a half weeks into this project and it’s going well, am quite surprised. I’m going to the gym four times a week for around 90minutes per session. With the help of this website:
www.calorie-count.com
I’m entering everything I eat into a food log to keep track of my intake. It also has this thing where you can enter your weight and it shows a graph of how much you lost. So far I have lost one kilo which is rather motivating. Also, I feel much more active and balanced!
I have an extra motivation too – I’m going to england in a few days and I really want to do some shopping for my “professional” wardrobe, i.e. suits, skirts etc. But I’m sure with some kilos less my usual size would fit me better again.

I’ve been putting this goal off for so long, but I just feel that I need to do this for my health. The other day I was walking up a steep hill and I got really sweaty and out of breath….so I told myself that I really really need to get into shape again. I also just feel happier when I am active and out and about. The plan for next week is to go to the gym three times and three times on a long walk. That should not be that difficult. The eating less bit will also be easy, as I just had my wisdom tooth out and eating is not that much fun any way at the moment.
My long term goal is not to lose a certain amount of weight, but just to feel good and happy with myself.
