as had arranged to have dinner with my cousin after work. in fairness was up early + ready to cycle but was stormy weather. instead of going to our local chinese buffet -where i always have cheesecake – we ate at mine. i cooked a v.healthy and points-friendly meal + my dear cuz brought choc cheesecake – Weight watchers ones!!! also had a yoghurt but had the points for it so all good :) may have a wee apple before bed….

I’ve not eaten a lot as not been feeling great. Had some yoghurt + honey for brekkie as was out off eggs, then chicken, lentils + veggies for lunch. also been working on a smoothie all day. went to shops and got food for next few days so can get meals planned out. i need to make the time, as i always stick to ww really well if i have time to plan! back at work tomoz, hoping to cycle if it’s not too wet, and going to make up lunch/snacks now. :)
This program has always worked well for me although i can never stick to it long enough for it to make a real difference!! anyway, been counting my points for a teensy 2 days now so we’ll see. hopefully going back to meetings with my cousin in tow next week and hoping the support of another person will keep me going!!
