This is sort of the compilation of a few goals… I want to eat healthier and to run a 5k, so I’m hoping that this goal will follow.
Right now, my BMI is exactly 25, meaning I’m on the border of healthy and unhealthy weight. I have a pretty bad family history as far as medical conditions go, so I’d like to stay on this side of the “healthy weight” line if I can.
What’s helping me: the Couch to 5K plan (http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml), SparkPeople (a really great weight loss/healthy lifestyle tracking website), and (of course) the fantastic people on this site!
