Be less shy

I went and worked a couple days on contract at my friends company. I was pretty proud of myself. I talked to people, and made conversations and such. It felt really good.

I’m giving a presentation in class, it’s my last assignment this semester before exams.
I’m having a bit of a panic attack, but need to remember that it’ll be fine, just breathe…..

I have to give a presentation in my English class next week and I’m freaking out! If I wanted to stand up in front of people and talk all the time, I’d be in marketing or a teacher, not becoming a paralegal!!
