been out 6 times now. already seeing results, feel better sleep better, that’s good! Maybe drop a pound or two and feel like I’m doing something good for myself. For anyone doing this, don’t get caught up in how far and how fast. Just do it. Some is better than none. Pretty much always. Except arsenic. Unless you have high blood pressure. Wait, that’s strychnine. Just run.
