The relator said that they don’t resale very well here. Having a little trouble getting financed. We don’t have money to put down. With all the mortgage trouble, nobody is doing 100% financing. Especially for “blemished” credit. We will see…

at houses. Actually might get a duplex with my best friend/cousin where she would live in one side and hubby and I would live in the other. I’m a little worried about all the money needed to move and to buy a house, but I figure if it is where God wants me to be, then there are no worries. Reminds me of a song from my childhood “My Father owns a kingdom, He sits upon this throne…”

not sure that I am ready to buy yet. I want to get out of the house we are living in before winter. This house (that we are in right now) has to have no or very little insulation and all the windows need to be replaced. In return, the house is a bit “drafty”. Actually, that might be a bit of an understatement. Our heat bill was getting to be about $400 and some change by the end of last winter. So, yes, we need to move.
