So…I have to admit I have been slacking off a bit. Especially the fifth week turned out to be hard to do because I had someone visiting and didn’t feel like doing my workout.
I think I was able to pick it up during the sixth week but I am very very uncertain if I can make it or not.
Anyway, I set up this challenge to be finished by Nov. 26th and I will definitely give it my best tomorrow. I mean c’mon what’s 20 pullups…i can do that…maybe.

Finishing the third week of the program left me feeling enourmously healthy and energetic. I have to admit I really enjoy getting complimented on my strength-gain by friends and even by people I only recently met.
I think I can manage about 12-13 pullups so far. Don’t know if I can improve all the way up to 20 within the next 3 weeks. Guess it would’nt be called a challenge if it were easy.
Anyway, thank you guys for the cheers. This site actually helps being motivated. :)

I maxed out at around 8 pullups having had some prior exercise on my pullup bar before I stumbled upon the 20 Pullups Challenge.
Today I finished the first week. I think I’m beginning to feel a little improvement even though my left hand still hurts occasionally due to a broken bone or two that I had this Spring.
Anyway here’s hoping I can keep it up!
