.. not easy to become a true runner, ya know.. that guy who wakes up at 5:30am to run a few miles before the bus stops at his house at 6:30am to bring him to high school where he goes to practice afterwards for a few hours… yea thats a true runner. that gets you a sub 4:30 mile.
