Haunted By Bad Habits?

Update on these.

1- Throwing clothes on the floor. I can’t say that I have broken this habit yet. I can say that I at least pick them up in a more timely manner. I think I need to be reminded more often of this goal if it is going to help.

2- On WW. Is the habit broken? No. I am working on creating new habits though.

3- Hooray! I can definitely say I have upped my oral hygiene. I have a new four step system that includes brushing, flossing, listerine, then brushing with listerine. It works.



It's been a long time.

These goals feel like so long ago. Before Karen died.

New Habits I’d Like to Change

1- Throwing Clothes on the Floor -> Putting clothes on hangers or in hamper.

2- Eating too much crap -> Being mindful of points and ingredients.

3- Skipping Flossing -> Flossing every night.



These habits are as good as any I suppose

1-Not doing my homework
2-Getting on the computer when I walk into a room
3-Throwing my clothes on the floor

I’ve heard that if you can do something for 30 days straight it becomes a habit. Let’s see if not doing something for 30 days has the same effect.
