Since my stretching is becomming something I do religiously now, I may start doing some yoga poses that will help bennifit my training.

I’ve been nice and consistent w/ my stretching and it has been doing wonders to keep my level of soreness down.
I’ve been workout out something everyday (running, swimming, bikeing, weights), and with that I’ve been stretching. It feels good! The soreness goes down quicker and after my workout yesterday, I felt a ginuine desire to stretch, becuase it felt so good. I think this is a good sign.
When I was praticing Capoeira, I was stretching a lot, but since I’ve stopped I haven’t been stretching or warming up as much. I’m hoping to change that and get some really good stretching in everyday.
