Items 1-6 on my previous entry are finished! The test was harder than I expected, but It’s done and over with, and I’m not going to stress myself out thinking about it anymore. I just got home from doing my PE lesson, and it went so well. It was even better than I expected, and the kids had so much fun. I’ve already met with my group that I’ll be teaching the dance with, and everything is good to go (we teach on Monday). Now I can devote this week to preparing for my group presentation on children’s non-fiction.
The new list:
Tonight
1. Decide which historical figure I want to talk about for my presentation.
Tomorrow
2. Go to the library to research said historical figure
3. Find some books to share with the class about said historical figure
4. Figure out what I’m going to say about said historical figure

This is my goal for the next couple of weeks, because I have SO much schoolwork on my plate right now. I tend to get overwhelmed really easily, resulting in more stress than I like to deal with.
The Stressors:
1. My physics test on Wednesday
2. The suspicion that I’ll do worse than I want to on said physics test.
3. Also due Wednesday for physics is an assignment I had completely forgotten about until today.
4. My physics professor seems to have misplaced one of my assignments, so I am hoping he finds it so that I can get a grade for it.
5.I have to give a PE lesson to a 2nd grade class on Friday.
6. I have to videotape myself giving said PE lesson.
7. I have to watch said videotape to analyze myself and identify weaknesses.
8. I have to give another PE lesson on Monday with a group and my group has not met to discuss or plan anything yet.
9. I have to give a presentation on children’s non-fiction a week from Thursday, and I only know of one other person in my group out of eight or nine total.
10. I have a test in my PE class the Monday after the non-fiction presentation.
11. I still have the regular reading assignments to get done in addition to everything listed above.
If I think about everything that needs to get done I will likely lose my marbles. So, as long as I focus on what needs to get done, little by little, I think I’ll do better at keeping my sanity intact.
