We're planning on homeschooling 3 years ago

My son is 18 months now. When he’s about 3 we want to start working on teaching him to read. We’re still evaluating what materials we might use to do that. In our state (Ohio), there’s a gigantic homeschool convention every year and we’ll go to that next year to see what type of stuff’s available for ages 3-4 at that point.
