treat people with more respect

I have come to a realization that I need to control my temper and treat people with the same respect and dignity that I would like to be treated with…As a matter of fact, I was on the phone as I am writing this and caught myslef raising my voice to the person I was speaking with. I should have and could have handled the situation better….Learning Opportunity!
