On Monday, 12/1/08 I started going to the gym. A friend and I made a pledge to go together. So far getting up at 5:30AM, picking him up and we’re at the gym by 6:00. Been on the treadmill and swimming laps (yikes, swimming is a workout!!).
I hope that we keep it going and get involved in some classes.
I need aerobic exercise and muscle toning first. After I build up a bit of stamina, some more strenuous exercise.
If I do it right, I should be able to reach my goal of 25 pounds by May ‘09 (now 205, so the target weight is 180)
