So I’m waiting for my order at a coffee shop (a place I rarely visit). The barista notices me perusing the French presses on the shelf and proceeds to give me a detailed pitch of how, without a filter, you don’t waste the oils that give coffee its flavor and aroma. Made sense. I’d like to test that theory, at least.
