I need to learn how to meditate. I think it could help me alot. Today I tried finding a place I could learn to meditate but there are none local. I would make good use of my computer with all these online meditation instruction sites but I have dial up and I doubt I could get the info needed downloaded in less than like 4 hrs! If anybody has any ideas to help me please let me know because this is very important to me.
