I suppose this goal is largely about learning what makes me relax in order that I can do those things. I have found in the last couple of days that I find it very relaxing to write in my journal – not my online journal, but my private paper journal. It is calming to put all my thoughts down, uncensored, and to sit quietly and think about what I am writing.
Reading also helps me relax. I don’t know why I don’t do it more often. It completely absorbs my mind, and puts me into a calm, relaxed state.
