Today I have eaten:

Breakfast: Yakult and half a mango

Lunch: salad, and brown bread with duck liver pate

Dinner: chicken drumsticks, scalloped potatoes, peas, yogurt

Today I have eaten a bowl of strawberries and drunk a Yakult drink for breakfast.

I ate a late lunch which was: a huge salad, roast guinea fowl and roast potatoes.

I am now drinking green tea with grapefruit flavouring, and am about to have a banana nut muffin (which also has chocolate chips in it, but I’ll conveniently ignore that!). It is now 5:45pm, so I won’t eat anything else today, but I’ll drink lots of water.

I’m going to try to record what I eat every day in here, to keep me accountable for eating healthily.

Um… I ate a salad today at lunch time. I also bought some nice salad stuff, and other healthy foods, so that I can eat healthily this week.
