Still bad at getting up early.... 2 years ago

but I have no choice and have to get up to go to work. This is a daily struggle, it really is. I do not know whether anything can be changed. I try to go ot bed before midnight, and get up at 6 a.m. but it is tough. What can I do, what can I do?



Failed last night 3 years ago

and went to bed at 3 in the morning. Slept until mid-afternoon, and as a result I am still up, at almost 1 a.m. and am not
tired at all.

Plan of actions: stay up all night and study for the upcoming CPA test (God knows, I need that), then try to last the whole day without sleep, and hopefully go to bed like most normal people do by 10 p.m. This will, hopefully, change my sleeping pattern.



The problem 3 years ago

I realized I had a problem when I was still up at 5 a.m. this morning. I am a night owl and get very productive starting around 9 p.m. every night. It is not that I surf on the Internet all night long; not at all. It is just that I cannot make myself do anything in the mornings and in the afternoons, but have no problem at night.

This definitely has to change,for I am starting a full-time job in 3 weeks, and the kind of routine I have right now will not be acceptable once I am employed.

I will do my best and try to go to bed before midnight this coming week and get up around 8 a.m. Then, hopefully, I will be able to start going to bed at 10 or 11 p.m. We’ll see.
