I find it helpful to write down any interesting dreams I have. Then I like to go back and connect my dreams to what I wrote about the previous day. It makes the whole experience a little more interesting :-)

I used to do this a lot more- then we had a little family crisis, and I was way too busy to write. But I realize now that it could have helped me. Journaling always makes me feel I have better control of things. It helps me lay out my problems so I don’t get too overwhelmed. I’m going to make a much better effort to journal more often.
