Live to Be Over 100 Years Old

Actually, I think I’ve made a good start toward this goal recently, via the paleolithic diet, which has helped me to shed 60 lbs, cure my diabetes, lower my blood pressure, cholesterol and triglycerides and begin to get fit again, and all in a way I know I can continue for the rest of my life. Prior to this, I was afraid I’d never make it beyond my early seventies.
Of course, quality of life is more important than quantity, but, again, I believe I’m on the right track. I feel great; better than I’ve felt in a decade.
