I think I have been doing alot better now that I am a little more conscious of it, but I really wonder how much I am missing. I need to pay attention and get this out of my speech! I think it makes me sound so unintelligent.

I really didn’t realize how bad this was!

I had an interview with my new manager over the phone yesterday and I was absolutely shocked with myself. I’m a grown woman, a professional and I like, shouldn’t talk like this. I’m actually embarassed thinking about how much I use this.

Somebody help me!
