Research my genealogy

I installed Family Tree Maker and we already have over 300 names going back to the 1600’s and we can trace our roots to countries all over Europe. Now I’m working on sourcing everything. It is A LOT of work!!!

Okay, I’ve bought Family Tree Maker software and have registered on Ancestry.com. Now the big task of entering everything I know begins…

After a bit of a break, I’ve started my genealogy search again! While cleaning out my grandparent’s closet, my aunt found a windfall of information. This inspired us to sit down with my grandparents and we talked about the family and they told us many wonderful stories.
We now have very detailed records on my grandmother’s side that goes back five generations and on my grandfather’s side, it goes back eight generations! I have made copies of everything and my next step is to get it organized.
