So I had my knife skills class tonight! Very informative…besides learning how to properly hold a knife (always good…) we got a bunch of secrets about how to work with various veggies, herbs, and fruits. Then we ate it all. I definitely feel much more confident about not cutting up my violin-playing fingers now!
Last week I had my seafood class. Very useful was learning how to cook a whole fish, and what to do with it! (removing backbone etc.) One of the appetizer courses was unfortunately octopus, but, well, you can’t win them all!
