Do the Couch to 5k running plan

apparently all of my energy and enthusiasm was used up just creating the calendar and charts. Once complete I found myself utterly exhausted and have yet to muster enough energy to do more than go from couch to bed and back.

I’m starting to consider the possibility that the depression has indeed come back.
