The doctor gave me this stuff called Silgel to rub on them, which is a silicone oil. I keep forgetting to use it though, and since moving house I actually have no idea where it is. I’m going to the doctor tomorrow though so I will ask her to prescribe some more for me, or if she has any other ideas.
