I tried NaNoWriMo last year and failed. I know it’s just an excuse really but I’m pretty sure a lot of it was to do with the fact that my son had just been born. I manages 25,000 words or so though, so I’m not going to throw it away, I’m going to work on it because I was really starting to like my characters. :o)
