I’ve been doing good on this goal for about the last week. It really helps to get up earlier in order to actually have time to do this in the morning. I’m also eating better and smoking fewer cigarettes (three or four per week) so my teeth feel a lot cleaner and look whiter and healthier. If this much change is possible in a week I can’t wait to see and feel them a month from now!

So I’ve developed an obsession with teeth. Ha. This tends to be the first thing I notice in someone I meet (teeth size/straightness/whiteness), so I want to make sure my teeth conform to the standards I judge others by. I’ve had some molar issues, but I really like the size and general appearance of my teeth.
Currently, I’m brushin’em once a day, but I floss after most meals. I need to amp this up to 2xDaily to make my smile a little brighter and ensure oral health for years to come.
I really need to start working on this one. I’m going on vacation tomorrow. i tend to eat A LOT of junk food while I’m in mexico, so I’ll really have to keep this in mind. I’m going to try to start doing this tonight… I’ll call it done when I’ve done it for a month straight…
