I can’t stop spending. I put a bunch of small purchases on my credit card but it all adds up to an unbelievably large amount at the end of the month! And I’m not even working right now!!! haha.
This is terrible, I have to get a job soon so that I can get back at (attempting) this.

It seems I’ve hit somewhat of a roadblock on this one. Now that I’ve got my car insurance bill on top of my cell phone bill and school dues, it seems my checking account is being depleted at the same rate that it fills up… Will I be permanently stuck with only USD$1,200? I certainly hope not, and I’ve made some rough calculations that seem to indicate I should be able to save quite a bit of money after I pay off my credit card and pay fall tuition… Dad still deposits money into my account a couple times a month, which is incredibly helpful but perhaps I’ve become to dependent on it. Anyway, I suppose I can handle living the next few years as a poor college student. It should pay off and be completely worth it at the end.

I’m getting SO much better at this. It’s probably mostly due to the fact that I no longer have to stare at tempting chex mix and random home supplies eight hours a day… Also, I get paid more now and it’s starting to add up since I spend less, yay! I’m really trying to limit everything to needs but I did purchase some clothes and stuff earlier today to treat myself.

well, i have a bit saved up right now… but I have to buy a car in May and I’ll probably go skydiving this summer, so I really have to save like all my earnings for school next semester… (I don’t want any loans yet, at least not until I’m in grad school overseas, when I’ll probably need it…)
