Don't buy processed food.

I already do this for the most part. But I want to make more of a concerted effort to avoid even more. Someone told me once….stick to the perimeter of the store. Produce, meat, dairy…I’ll add in the baking and grains aisles, too. Today I’m going to try making granola bars…anything is better than what’s in the store.
