It’s almost always polynesian pop with me these days. The kitschier the better. I found these at the Goodwill on Monday.

In case you don’t know (like my husband, who now thinks I’ve lost my mind…), these are the ubiquitous Giant, Wooden Spoon & Fork. The origin of these things is suspect (like most tiki collectibles), but I couldn’t resist when I saw them for $6 – in perfect shape.
