I totally fell off the wagon. I just can’t stop myself. It’s a combination of things, I think: new toothpaste, stress at work, and I don’t think I’m drinking enough water.
I gotta bump this up on my list.

A couple of years ago, I had chewed so aggressively that I caused a cyst to form in my lip! It got so huge I had to have it surgically removed – with stitches and everything! I had a fat lip for two days.
Think that stopped me from chewing? WRONG.
The cyst came back a few times and what do you think I did? I chewed! I’d just pop the cyst myself by pushing on it really hard against my teeth. Once when I popped it, it was filled with beer. (HEY – YOU WERE WARNED!)
It hasn’t come back in a while, but I do think about it sometimes when I’m chewing. Not that it stops me….
