Who would have thought that I would actually ENJOY going to the gym? I mean, I never did in the past! But it would appear that now that I have a toddler, any time I get to spend by myself is really enjoyable even when it involves sweating like a stuck pig… But I really do actually enjoy it!
I’ve been going pretty much 3 days a week (except for days we get snowed in – darn weather) since the end of October. And when I can’t go, well… push-ups are the best overall exercise in the world!! Do you realize how much a pushup works out if you do them properly?
The bottom line is that I am already seeing incredible results. Things I thought would take way longer to see. My energy, strength, endurance and flexibility has all increased dramatically. I love it. I’m in better shape now in my mid 30’s than I ever was in my 20’s. Hooray!!
