I know that exercising 5 days a week will lower stress and get me in shape and improve self image and all that great stuff, but the thought of actually doing it still makes me want to take a nap. However, I have been looking at past goals/to do lists and realize that I have been “meaning to do” this for at least the last three years. So, well, maybe it is time to just do it.
