I have so many things going on this semester that I’ve had a hard time keeping my stress level down. This weekend, however, I decided to get out of the city and go for a hike. Now I feel so de-stressed. I guess that’s what 6 miles, 1,500 ft elevation change, fresh air, numerous applications of sunblock, and peace and quiet will do. I recommend it to any of you who feel you’re on the brink of a nervous break down! :)
