It’s been almost 4 months since I’ve had a soda, and I really don’t crave them any more. I’m ready to call this goal accomplished!

I haven’t had a soda for 6 days now! I have increased my water intake and feel better overall. The only time I miss soda now is with spicy food!
I actually forgot about soda today. It’s so much easier not to drink it when you’ve boycotted fast food and other crappy/fatty foods as well. Water and tea sound so much better with good food!
Today went great with no soda. I am cutting out artificial sweeteners all together, so no sweet n low in my coffee this morning, and no diet soda this afternoon.
I’m totally happy though, I drank so much more water than I usually do, and had tea this afternoon which was a nice pick me up.
Plus, I saved $3.58 plus CRV just today.
This begins tomorrow for me. I’ve been drinking a couple diet soda’s a day for years, so I’m interested to see how this goes. I’m hoping to increase my water intake, and replace soda with tea. Wish me luck!
