getting sick last week mid-week was not a good thing to keep on the diet but I’m back and heading to the gym.

I did some thinking and considering my history with food, I’m going to focus more of the exercise part until I get that into a habit before I start to worry about meals.

Today is lower body muscles.

Must remember at the gym to bring a pen with me to make notes while I’m working.

I don’t want to eat. This is so weird to me to have to eat regularly.

I’m tired and icky, and I don’t want to go work out. whine, whine, whine But I’ll leave for the gym in 30 minutes or so to go lift weights. I don’t think i can finid my soy milk shake.

I forgot how hard it is to drink 10 glasses of water a day. I’m floating away. Of course female issues don’t help much with the bloating and icky feeling.
