yesterday in the morning i ate one forth of a bagel and drank some OJ lunch i ate mac and cheese peas and mcds fries and orage soda and apple juice dinner i ate a tiny piece of a cookie but only to be polite and a few spoonfulls of this awful flavored pasta, a bit of salad and later to get the taste out of my throat a package of instant oatmeal
GAHHH that was hard. anyway yes i am doing horrid i know but today will be DIFFERENT.

I think im too embarassed to say what I ate yesterday i stared out strong but crashed by new years and im trying to feed my craving for sweetness but by tomorrow ill be good
i think i have to make a new plan.. but idk i’ll keep going with this have to start over with day 1 until i get to day 21 then ill make a new plan if i need to.

Today I ate… (this will be embarassing)
1 cup of potato soup
2 glasses of orange juice
Chic fl-a french fries (didnt eat the whole thing)
Fruit cup
Piece of apple pie
Pasta
and a cup of apple juice and a glass of cranberry apple juice
meh all and all i could do better and will. ditch the fries I’ll try harder

I’m going to start writing down everything I eat everyday on here so I can actually know what I’m eating and where i’m going wrong. anyway needless to say im hoping this will help with me becoming healthier and eating right. I’ll write what foods i eat here each day in the afternoon
