Have to start sleeping more and eat more regularly, and stop the damn comfort eating. Or I will soon look like a ball. And feel more sad than necessary.
The last few weeks haven’t been great, or well, they’ve been alright, but my eating hasn’t. I think it’s a certain project that upsets me.
But I’m not giving up. I’m trying again. And again. And again.
Because it seems quite sane (as opposed to most articles on the topic).
It’s in Swedish so it’s mostly for my own benefit.

Also, to define the goal a bit (because I’m too fond of defining my goals): it’s not about not eating things that I like. It’s about doing it because I want to and really enjoy it, and preferrably not do it because I’m bored or stressed or sad (although if I really enjoy it it’s still alright)
