I lost 2 more pounds!
Last week I lost 1, this week 2!!!!!
Total 3 pounds .. I’m almost 1/2 way there!
Looking at my entries I realize that I haven’t been specific in the actual goal. I’ve been fluctuating for so long I need to determine my start weight. As of July 21,2011 my start weight was 165.2
Target weight is 155
I’m a little bit embarrassed, but we all have to start somewhere :)
I need to start working on this goal… been more focused on hiking and taking pictures (which are both awesome!!) and haven’t been focused on what I’m eating or when. I didn’t realize I eat as much bad food as I do lol.
The only muffin top I want is the one from a bakery!

Oh man, time to be honest about this one….
I’ve been eating a lot of junk and not walking.
Feeling really tired and heavy, and mad at myself for not walking. (fugly) Just weighed myself and I’m amazed.. back at my weight a month ago (less than a few pound difference)... yea! It wasn’t as bad as I thought!!!
But now it’s time to get real.
If I’m going to reach this goal, I need to find a way to make it happen. I need to find a way to get congruent with it again so I can achieve it and feel happier, healthier, and lighter…. and hopefully more toned lol.
I took a baby step today and went for a walk even though I was tired and didn’t really feel like it… I changed the music on my ipod to really, really loud heavy metal, and cranked it up!
I forgot how powerful the right music can be to keep you going!
I think I’m going to try this for the next couple of days and see what happens. :)
I’ve gotten off track from this goal, time to get back on top of it.
I’d like to get more toned and loose the next 10 pounds by Dec 11.
That’s a pretty aggressive goal to achieve in one month,
esp with all the holidays coming.
Lots of things have been shifting to put this in place to help me achieve this goal and have fun in the process.
I’ve been pushing myself to go further and further on my walks. I want to build up endurance and of course, have a great workout.
The past week I did 4 miles, 5 miles, day off, 2 miles, then 4 miles!
And the result is ….
I lost 3 pounds since last week!!!!!
Boy that just made my day. It’s so nice to know my hard work is paying off!
