It’s been a month or so, and I’m proud to say that I’m still practicing every day.
But more than just being proud, I am suprised to realize that I already feel some changes in myself. The way I see things is much more relaxed, my breathing is better, I began (only starting, though) to correct some trouble I founded in myself…
So, it certainly worth trying it!
I’m only starting something I would like to continu for my whole life.
Next step: Find a master. Books are great, and I’m happy to say that there is a lot of good ones, but the experience would be very different with someone to help me.

I looked for a master, but it seem that I’ll have to wait. I know I could probably find one, but I feel like it’ not the time.
I lived a short experience of Chi Kong last week end, and it gave me the sparkle to start my studies.
I learned a short kata that I try to perform each morning, and I founded some nice books, well written and in which I think I can trust.
More and more, I realize the connections between my studies in Chi Kong and my researchs in massage therapy and acupuncture.
It is the begening of something that will teach me very much!

I’m actually looking for books.
I intend to find a master during the next months. I want to read a little first, to be certain of my interest, but if everything stay as it is now, I really want to learn and study Chi kong. I think it’s probably the best thing I would have do for myself, and for the people I’ll be able to help after that.
