I haven't been so good about this

I have quit since my flare 2 weeks ago. I just started again this morning.
I have to keep on working out and especially focus on my abs/lower back if I want to keep on wearing my corset and not lose any muscle support.

W00t!

I’m still doing it almost every day, and I’m starting to feel improvement: better flexibility (I bent and touched the floor for the 1rst time in my life!, lesser back pain, better balance…

I’m going to a class for the 1rst time next tuesday. :)

Skipped for 2 days

But I did 15 mins today. Husband was running around in the flat, so I felt a bit rushed but it felt good nevertheless.

I tried today

To follow a video on http://www.yogatoday.com/ but the computer wasn’t very cooperative. And it can be difficult for me to follow instuctions in english.

I ended up doing some excercises on my own again but I’ll try again with the website, because I liked the spirit of it.

I’m looking for a course in Paris too.

Day 2

Did 30 min today. I felt a bit hurried in the beginning, prolly because I rushed all day but eventually the stress lifted up.

I did the pose that made my spine crack yesterday and today it didn’t, which I guess is good.

I've been thinking about it since forever

My goal is to do yoga (at least 10 min) every day of the week. I started today and I did 30 min (mostly because I had to learn the positions)

I hope it can help me relax, get a better posture, learn how to breathe correctly and manage my pain.

It’s been year I’ve wanted to do this. I’m glad I finally kicked my ass. Now I have to do it everyday.

I was given that book years ago: http://www.amazon.com/Little-Yoga-Book-Erika-Dillman/dp/0446673927/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1230574720&sr=8-1

If someone has something else to reccommend, site, video, other book, in english or french, I’m interested!
