Just made fresh gaspacho

Just had a little taste and seems good.

And it got bits in it, not like the latest yucky Tropicana’s.



Dropped almost 3 kg in 3 weeks

I’ll know tonight about this week.
And I’m not on a diet, I’m just eating healthily!



Doing great!

eating loads of vegetables, fruits (new! there is a fruit basket on the table of the living room!), less (almost no) sugar.
Lost a little weight, but mostly, I’m proud of my efforts. Eating healthily is pleasant! I feel a lot better now!
I am not eating sugar in the morning anymore. My breakfast consists now of light cheese on wäsa bread, ham and a fruit (ok a fruit contains sugar, but well, you got it). And my craving for sugar in the day is almost gone!



Ahem...

I ate like a pig since Xmas. I think I gained back the weight I had lost.

This week end, I made soup, salad and I still plan to cook vegetables this week a lot. And I bought loads of fruits.

I took an appointment with my nutritionist for friday. I had given up since Xmas holidays.



Ah, and

Lost nothing, gained nothing this week.

So, soup.



Am cooking soup (too)

Hope it’ll be okay. Smells good.

Now I need man bringing the holy kitchen tool!



Woohoo

Lost 1 Kilo in a week, just perfect, said the nutritionnist.
And I’m not frustrated.
And I ate pizza and Haagen Dazs.

Back from NYC

I ate lots of crap, good crap but I’ve been walking a lot too. This week will be a soup and salad week to compensate anyway.

But tonight I so feel like a pizza… Hey, we’re jetlagged and the fridge is empty! Let’s say it’ll be our last night of debauche (foodly speaking, of course).

Hey, I’m speaking to noone, trying to justify myself for eating a pizza. Must have gone crazy. ^^



Back from the doctor

Seems like I haven’t lost any weight yet, but I feel better anyway, and I’m fitting less tightly in my winter trousers. The doc said that my body was regulating itself, losing the extra water and extra gas before I start actually to lose weight.
She told me to avoid carbs in the evening, to eat vegetebles instead. Darn, this an’t convenient at all. We’ll manage anyhow.



Ok I'm trying to lose 5 kilos

so basically I’m on a reasonable diet. Which means eating much less sugar and fat. And allow me a few as a reward something like once a week. I don’t have scales so I’ll know I’m done when I’ll be able to close that Kenzo jacket and breathe! :)
