Last Sunday I got very close to doing the front splits. I’d say it was only a matter of two or three centimeters. I am pretty sure I will reach this goal within a month.

I have to confess that I haven’t been doing almost anything to reach this goal during the last couple of months. However, now that I have started to exercise more often, I have also began stretching more regularly and perhaps it’ll help me achieve this goal.
I stretch quite often and I’ve noticed that I am almost able to do the forward splits. I think I can do it with a little more practice.
