After being home for just a little over three weeks old and turning 12 weeks old this Sunday, I think I can safely say our little Echo is fully potty trained. She had a handful of accidents the very first week and then just one or two the week after that. We have a sliding glass door in our kitchen leading to our fenced back yard, and she’s started going to the door and sitting nicely when she needs to be let out. She’s also started going through the night most nights without needing a 3am potty break. I’m sure there will be a few more accidents in our future, but I’m so impressed with her fast progress. My Nora-dog took forever to potty train. I was young and single, and she was home alone too much, so I’m sure those factors worked against her.
I wish Clara would learn a thing or two from Echo about this potty training business.
