But I’m going to mark this as complete and something I want to do again. I’m going to keep looking for good opportunities to share books, and I’ll slowly make my way through the ones I’m willing to part with.

I did it! I released “Their Eyes Were Watching God” at a local cafe over lunch this afternoon. I think I’m going to set a personal goal of releasing at least one a month for this year.
I have my book all ready to go, but I’m struggling over the proper location. Any suggestions? I work in a library and don’t feel like leaving it at work…the weather is too iffy for outside…
What a fun idea. You register a book with the Book Crossing website then post details about where you plan to release it. When people find your book they’re encouraged to come to the website and post about finding the book then release it again when they’re done. When I get home tonight I’m going to find a book to release and think of a good spot for it.
